Part-time service-desk dispatcher/administrator

Job Description
Part-time service-desk dispatcher/administrator for IT-service company located in Clinton, MA.

Duties include:
 - Intake service calls and create service tickets
 - Assist with scheduling of technical resources
 - Contact clients to request quality-assurance feedback
 - Contact vendors and partners to requests services and response
 - Provide administrative assistance to technical staff and management
 - Provide entry-level training to clients and staff on primary applications
 - Administer access and user-rights to primary tooling
 - Review and advise on service-ticket billing
 - Perform daily monitoring reviews

Position requirements:
 - High school education or equivalent; college degree a plus
 - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 - Computer-application skills, including MS Office

Position is part-time; Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 12:30pm. Wage range of $15 to $18/hour based on capability and experience. Pre-employment testing and verifiable references are mandatory.
